Wellness Works
Do you want to loose weight, stop smoking, get started on an exercise program or work toward a healthier lifestyle? The Wellness Center is offering you a healthy lifestyle program that will give you all the tools for success. "Wellness Works" is a free six week program that will be offered in the theater on Mondays beginning March 22nd. Two sessions will be held -11:15-11:45 and 11:45-12:15 - choose the time that works best for you. Class size is limited, so make your reservations by contacting Pamela Santer (pam.santer@mail.wvu.edu) at 304-424-8205 office 1535. Stop procrastinating, learn how the smallest change or step can lead to a healthier lifestyle so you can live the best life you can beginning with that first step.
